Creating Eco-friendly and

Self-Sustainable Sports Facilities

SERVICES

Expertise. Intuition. Ingenuity.

Our groundbreaking vision of a green community could seemingly be used all around the world but the Gridiron Green Gang is starting off locally at Norwich University. We are introducing a more eco-friendly athletic stadium that will help power the stadium itself, the university, and the town of Northfield, Vermont. College campuses all over the country have intriguing athletic fields that are used by multiple varsity and club teams every day. At Norwich University, Sabine Field is used by many varsity teams every single day. Our newly modeled design of Sabine field will have kinetic tiles underneath the turf and solar panels over the press box. The more people that use the field, the more energy can be stored because of the placement of the kinetic tiles underneath the turf.  Implementing this concept generates an extreme amount of clean power and the students will not only play the sport that they love but they will also know that they are exercising while generating clean energy that will impact the whole community.

An important part of this green athletic stadium is the water runoff will be reused. This stadium design will be the greenest athletic facility to be known and starting off at Norwich University will generate good publicity and our design will be used in many athletic facilities to come. Why did we come up with this super ecofriendly stadium? Because promoting a green earth through sports is an easy way to develop a healthier environment. Sports play a huge part in peoples’ lives in the United States of America and this idea could be a breakthrough in changing sports for the betterment of the world. The Gridiron Green Gangs impeccable vision will transform the way athletic facilities are built for the years to come all starting in Northfield, Vermont.
